What is the "deposit"?

The deposit is the owners´guarantee that no damage will be done to the accommodation during your stay. At check-in you will have to pay the deposit plus the rent . At check-out, after checking the condition of the apartment and refund you your deposit providing all is in order. The amount of the deposit depends on the accommodation.
